My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient, close to plenty of restaurants and attractions, but the room was a bit disappointing with a smaller bed than expected and a cigarette smell. The service was decent overall, and the dining experience was average. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel offered value for money in terms of location and facilities.

Rooms
5.0
The room, unfortunately, reeked like cigarettes and the queen bed was a letdown after paying for a king size. The carpet was dirty and stained, and lacking normal features like an electrical outlet near the nightstand.
Service
6.0
Some staff members were smoking outside the entrance upon arrival.
Location
7.0
The location was convenient for our trip's purposes and close to various dining options. Though it didn't meet the standard of the property, it served our needs well.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience was okay but could have been better. There were some food shortages and the quality wasn't outstanding.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were slightly lacking, with room for improvement in cleanliness and amenities.

The hotel is conveniently located about 9 minutes from downtown Auburn, offering a nice spot for exploring the area. The rooms are spacious, clean, and relatively quiet despite being near Interstate 80. The service was generally helpful, although there were some minor inconveniences. The dining options were limited, but the hotel has modern interior designs. Overall, it was a mixed experience with both positive and negative aspects.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were large, clean, and surprisingly quiet given the proximity to Interstate 80. I felt secure parking my vehicle in the front lot, but I wish my specific requests could have been accommodated.
Service
7.0
The service was generally helpful, although there were a few hiccups such as reluctance to provide a key and someone vacuuming at odd hours in the hallway.
Location
8.0
The location was nice, just about 9 minutes from downtown Auburn. The area is good for River Rafting experiences, but some might find the neighborhood attracting an 'interesting' crowd.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was average with limited choices and tasteless food. Unfortunately, there was no coffee available at all.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel has up-to-date interior designs, but the dining options and coffee availability were below par.

I felt secure parking my vehicle in the front lot at the hotel. Even though I ended up in a room with a smaller bed by mistake, the room still smelled of cigarette smoke. The towel rack was bent, and the heater lamp didn't work, giving the room a funny smell with mold in the shower.

Rooms
5.0
The room smelled funny with mold in the shower, and the heater lamp didn't work. Additionally, the towel rack was bent, and the room still had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke.
Service
7.0
The service at the check-in desk was good. They were courteous and very helpful when I asked for some information. However, there was a small issue with the key card system affecting a friend's card.
Location
8.0
The hotel was conveniently just off the freeway exit, close to plenty of restaurants, and easy access to the highway. However, it was not within walking distance to old town Auburn.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was decent, with a variety of choices for breakfast. However, the hot items like eggs and sausage were cold and lacked flavor.
Facilities
6.0
There were some issues with the room facilities, such as the heater lamp not working, and the overall cleanliness could have been improved.
